The guaranteed number of guests
is required by the Wednesday before your
event. After this time, you may add guests,
but cannot decrease, as our preparation
has begun.
Deposits are required on all
bookings. The deposit is non-refundable
as we have probably refused work on that
day and cannot recoup those turned away.
This deposit will be deducted from your
final payment.
Final payment will be due
the day of the scheduled event. Note: We
accept all major credit cards.
When we are on location to
serve food, we usually carry more than we
expect to serve (to ensure that we don't
run out.) Also, in accordance with the state
health department, we cannot release leftover
food to you or your guests.
Please understand that food
is prepared to be served at a specific time
to ensure the highest quality and temperature
of the food. Additional charges or $100
per 1/2 hour will be added for delay of
the service time.
